Will my client ever know you exist?
Not from us. We don't contact them, join their calls, appear on threads or leave metadata in files. Everything ships in your templates. If they find out, it's because you chose to tell them.
Can you talk to my client if I want you to?
Yes, on request and introduced as your team. Some agencies prefer a technical person in the room for automation scoping. It's your call every time, and the default is no.
What margin can I put on this?
Whatever the market bears — we don't set your rate and we never see your invoice. Most agencies we speak to mark up somewhere between two and three times, which is the normal range for subcontracted production.
What if the work isn't good enough?
Then you flag it and we fix it, and if it keeps happening you leave — it's month to month specifically so that threat is real. We'd rather lose an agency than have one defending our work to their client.
Do you work with our competitors?
We work with multiple agencies, and we'll say so plainly rather than pretend otherwise. What we won't do is take a brand you introduced us to, or use your work in our portfolio without written permission.
