Performance ROAS

You know half the spend is wasted. Nobody can tell you which half.

The account is live, the budget goes out every day, and the reporting says something that doesn't match the bank. This is not a creative problem or a targeting problem — it's a measurement problem, and it stays expensive for exactly as long as it stays unmeasured.

Why the number never settles

The account is not lying to you. It's answering a different question.

Three failures we find in almost every account we audit — none of them exotic, all of them expensive, all of them invisible from inside the platform's own dashboard.

Every platform claims the same sale

Meta counts it. Google counts it. Klaviyo counts it. Add the dashboards together and you sold three times what you shipped. So the reports get quietly distrusted, and decisions go back to being made on feel — which is where they were before you paid for the reporting.

A losing concept gets a full month

Nobody kills an ad on a Tuesday. It gets the benefit of the doubt until the monthly review, by which point it has spent four weeks of budget proving something you suspected in week one. The cost isn't the bad ad — it's the good one that never got that money.

You're optimising the metric you can see

Clicks and CTR are easy to read and only loosely attached to revenue. Cost per actual outcome is the number that decides whether the month worked, and it is usually the one nobody has wired up — because doing so means admitting some campaigns have never paid.

What it actually is

A measurement layer, and the discipline to act on it.

Not a dashboard you'll stop opening. This is a weekly loop that produces a decision: what to cut, what to feed, and what to test next — with the reasoning written down so you can disagree with it.

Weekly concept test

Six variants in market against each other, not against last month. Same audience, same budget, so the comparison means something.

One number that survives

Cost per real outcome, reconciled across platforms so the total matches what actually landed rather than the sum of everyone's self-reported credit.

A kill rule, agreed up front

The threshold is set before the money goes out, so cutting a loser is arithmetic instead of an argument in a Monday meeting.

Competitor teardown

What the brands beating you are running right now, what changed this month, and which of it is worth answering.

The written call

Every week, in plain language: here is what we're cutting, here is where that money is going, here is why. Wrong calls stay on the record too.

Every one of these is a judgement with a number behind it. If a week's data can't support a call, we say that instead of inventing one.

Want to know which half it is?

That's the audit. Forty-five minutes on your live account, and you leave with a written list of where the spend is leaking and what fixing each one is worth — whether or not you ever hire us.

The mechanism

Same budget. Different allocation.

The promise here is not that you spend more, and not that we invent demand. It is that the same money stops being spread evenly across things you haven't measured — which is the default state of almost every account under $75K a month.

Both rows move the same total. The difference is that the second one knows something the first didn't. That's the whole product — and it's why the first month is mostly measurement rather than dramatic swings.

The receipts

What we'll show you before you pay anything.

We'd rather be checkable than impressive. Four things you can verify yourself, and one thing we'll say out loud that most agencies won't.

The audit is the sample

Forty-five minutes on your real account. You leave with the leak list in writing whether or not you hire us. That document is the work — if it's thin, don't buy the retainer.

We publish the losing weeks

The written call includes the ones that didn't work. An agency that only reports wins is telling you about its reporting, not about your account.

No lock-in to hide behind

Month to month. A performance retainer that needs a twelve-month contract to survive is making an admission.

The honest ceiling

Measurement finds waste; it does not manufacture demand. If the product or the offer is the problem, we'll tell you that at the audit rather than sell you twelve months of tidier reporting.

What you get

Priced on how much of the account we're steering.

Deliverables first. The price sits at the bottom of each card because it's the least interesting thing about it.

What happens next

Your first fourteen days

Day 0

The audit call

Forty-five minutes on the live account. We map where the money goes and where the reporting disagrees with the bank.

Day 1–3

Measurement before opinions

We wire up cost per real outcome and reconcile the platforms before touching a single campaign. Changing things first is how you lose the baseline.

Day 4–7

First six concepts in market

Equal split, kill rule agreed in advance, so week two has something honest to act on.

Day 8–14

The first re-cut

Losers cut, budget moved, and the written call explaining both. This is the rhythm from here on.

Straight answers

The things people ask before they book.

Do you need access to my ad accounts?

Yes — read access at minimum, and we'll ask for the analytics and the store too, because the whole point is reconciling them against each other. We can work read-only if you'd rather make the changes yourself.

Will you promise me a ROAS number?

No, and be careful with anyone who does before seeing your account. What we'll commit to is the loop: measured weekly, cut on an agreed rule, and every call written down so you can hold us to it.

What if the account is already well managed?

Then the audit will say so and you shouldn't hire us for this. It happens. We'd rather tell you at forty-five minutes than at month six.

Is this the same as the creative service?

No. Video & UGC produces the volume; this decides what to do with it. They work well together, which is why Orbit and Anti-Gravity here include both — but you can buy the measurement on its own.

What happens if a week's data is inconclusive?

We say so and hold the budget where it is. Manufacturing a decision from noise is worse than waiting a week, and it is the single most common way performance retainers destroy value.
